Daily breakfast provisions, relaxed villa lunches and informal shared dinners are included. Kym and Fabio will prepare the villa with pastries, produce and thoughtful essentials, while private-chef evenings and hosted food experiences give everyone the pleasure of gathering around the same table.
Dietary needs will be discussed before the retreat so the shared experience can be planned with care.

Flights and travel insurance are not included in the retreat price, allowing your journey to be arranged around you.
Through Crickley & Westcote Travel & Events, Kym can arrange your flights and other travel requirements, including additional accommodation should you wish to extend your time in Italy.
Appropriate travel insurance can also be arranged.
Personal purchases, additional alcohol outside the included experiences and optional individual activities are not included in the retreat price.
Optional enhancements
Private airport transfer, horse riding, e-bike hire, individual spa treatments and one-to-one personal training can be arranged at additional cost.

From the first airport welcome to the final shared dinner, Kym and Fabio will be there to create an easy rhythm, handle the details and help every guest feel at home.
Kym is English and brings thoughtful organisation, personal attention and a natural instinct for creating meaningful connections. With her experience in luxury travel and hospitality, she takes care of the details so every guest can relax and feel genuinely looked after. Fabio is Italian and brings the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality, along with his love of excellent food, good wine and bringing people together around the table. Together, they create an experience that feels beautifully organised, warmly hosted and authentically Italian.
The result is personal rather than programmed: thoughtful introductions, local knowledge and the quiet reassurance that someone capable is paying attention.
